We were a hen party of 22 from Glasgow, Scotland, down in Sheffield and was having a hard time getting any taxi companies to transfer us from our events to our accommodation however, calling Solo Taxi's had the booking arranged within minutes and taxis at our location immediately with zero hassle. The owner who arrived with the first taxi waited until all taxis had arrived and all party members accounted for before he left. Extremely impressed with the service. Solo Taxi Services provided fantastic services to me and my mother. They took a slightly unusual request that was turned down by 10 other taxi services in Sheffield and did an amazing job for us. In particular I would call out Labeeb who took our request was kind and supportive and organised everything for us and to Michael the taxi driver. Being fed up with the other more well-known taxi company in Sheffield, and needing to rely on being picked up at night after a wedding I decided to give Solo Taxis a try and book ahead. I was not disappointed. The online booking system worked without any problems and I got a confirmation email immediately. I also installed their app which works really well (unlike the competitor's terrible app, which does my head in!). I later made another booking to take me to the venue as well (initially I was going to use Uber). The taxi arrived promptly on time and the car was clean and cool with the a/c on which was a nice touch. Mick was the driver and was lovely. When I arrived at the venue I got a call from the manager to ask if all had gone well with my ride, also a nice touch which shows how much they're trying hard to offer a quality service. I had to change my later pickup time and messaged them and they changed it without any problems as well. I hope this level of customer service continues as I plan to become a regular customer. Good reliable service. Had my taxi pick me up & wait 10 mins for me while I did what I needed to do then dropped me back off to my venue. I was probably 15 mins but they called me up & didn't just drive off. Will be using these again. ~ Sunset R

excellent service and asked for taxi as soon as they can and was told 20 minutes but only took 10 minutes. friendly driver and clean taxi. unfortunately cannot give 5 stars as 2 phone calks( first i didn't answer and second call was 6 days after journey) asking me to leave 5 star review then asked for my WhatsApp name and number and email address without saying why they needed it. this was after I explained I had only visited sheffield and lived a long way from sheffield. Lady sounded very out out that I refused to give this info and I do not appreciate bern harassed for info like this after just 1 journey. ~ Silver C
